Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered through EquiHub (equihub.dev), including Equinox, EquiMissioner, the EquiHub dashboard, and related platform features. EquiHub is operated by Fluity, the data controller for the personal information described here.
It covers information collected when you create an account, sign in, subscribe, use our services, visit our website, or contact support. It does not cover third-party websites or services you open through links on our platform; those have their own privacy policies.

How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Provide the service. Create and manage your account, and deliver Equinox and EquiMissioner features you configure.
- Process payments. Manage subscriptions, one-time purchases, renewals, and billing support through Stripe.
- Authenticate and secure. Verify sign-in, maintain sessions, detect abuse, enforce limits, and protect users and the platform.
- Communicate with you. Respond to support requests, send service-related notices (such as subscription or security updates), and deliver Discord announcements if you opt in.
- Improve the platform. Review aggregated usage, fix bugs, and build features. Optional AI data collection, where enabled in your settings, may be used to improve product features.
- Comply with law. Meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your data for unrelated marketing. EquiHub does not currently send promotional email campaigns.
Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires a legal basis, we process personal data on these grounds:
Contract
Processing needed to provide the services you signed up for: account access, subscription management, and support.
Legitimate interests
Security monitoring, fraud prevention, service improvement, and enforcing our terms, balanced against your rights.
Consent
Optional Discord announcements and optional AI data collection where you enable those settings in your account.
Legal obligation
Retention or disclosure required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Data sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these cases:
- Payment processing. Stripe receives billing and transaction data needed to process payments and manage your subscription. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Social and OAuth providers. When you sign in or link an account through a third-party provider, that provider processes data under its own terms.
- Analytics. Google Analytics receives usage data about site visits. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Infrastructure providers. Hosting, database, email, and messaging services that process data on our behalf under contracts requiring them to protect it and use it only as we instruct.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse, fraud, or Terms of Service violations.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or notice to you.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies as follows:
- Essential cookies. Session authentication, CSRF protection, and security. These are required for the site and dashboard to work.
- Preference storage. Theme selection and similar UI preferences may be stored in your browser (for example,
localStorage). - Cookie consent. Accepting stores a cookie so the consent banner does not reappear on later visits. Declining dismisses the banner for the current session.
- Analytics. Google Analytics runs on our website and dashboard. The cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline optional cookies; core account and dashboard features work either way.
You can clear cookies in your browser settings or use extensions to block analytics trackers.
Data security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis. You are responsible for keeping your EquiHub account password secure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, open a ticket in the support portal promptly.
Data retention
- Active accounts. We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service.
- Deleted accounts. When you delete your account, we delete associated personal data, except where retention is required by law or for purposes such as fraud prevention or unresolved billing disputes.
- Billing records. Transaction records handled through Stripe may be retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.
- Logs. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period for troubleshooting and abuse investigation, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have these rights regarding your personal data:
| Right | What it means | How to exercise |
|---|---|---|

| Correction | Update inaccurate or incomplete information | Account settings |

| Portability | Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable | Support portal |

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before handling certain requests.
Children's privacy
EquiHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, open a ticket in the support portal and we will delete it promptly.
International data transfers
EquiHub may process and store data in countries other than your own, including where our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers of personal data from the EEA or UK to countries without an adequacy decision.
Policy changes
Fluity may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will appear here. If you keep using EquiHub after changes take effect, you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
