EquiHub provides automation tools and platform services for HeroZero players, including Equinox and EquiMissioner. Paid features are available on monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscription plans.

We may change or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, as described in Section 11.

EquiHub offers monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your account or the Stripe customer portal.

By subscribing, you authorize EquiHub to charge your payment method for each billing period. You will get renewal reminders, and you can manage subscription settings in your account.

All payments go through Stripe. EquiHub does not store full payment card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

You may upload avatars and other permitted content. By uploading, you confirm the content complies with these terms and does not infringe others' rights.

Do not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. EquiHub may remove content that violates these policies and may take action under Section 8.

We collect data only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

We use data to run, secure, and improve EquiHub. We share data with service providers such as Stripe and infrastructure partners only as needed to operate the platform. For collection details, legal bases, retention, and your rights (including GDPR), see the Privacy Policy.

EquiHub services are provided "as-is." We make no guarantees or warranties about functionality, availability, or suitability for any purpose.

EquiHub is not liable for loss or damage from misuse or technical issues. You are responsible for your actions on the platform and for following applicable laws and third-party terms of service.

EquiHub may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or content guidelines, including defamation or negative statements about the service while subscribed.

You may appeal a termination through the support portal. EquiHub reviews each appeal individually. We will tell you the decision, which is final except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Do not use EquiHub tools for destructive, abusive, or unlawful actions. You are responsible for how you configure and run automation on your accounts.

Violations may lead to account termination, though we usually issue a warning first. You must follow these terms, our related policies, and applicable third-party terms, including game and platform rules.

Fluity may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

If you keep using EquiHub after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. Material changes will appear on this page.
