Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all services offered through EquiHub (equihub.dev), including Equinox, EquiMissioner, the EquiHub dashboard, and related platform features. EquiHub is operated by Fluity.
By creating an account, subscribing, or using any EquiHub service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy where applicable.
Overview
EquiHub provides automation tools and platform services for HeroZero players, including Equinox and EquiMissioner. Paid features are available on monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscription plans.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, as described in Section 11.
Accounts
To access EquiHub services, you must create and maintain an account in good standing.
Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You may sign in with email and password or link social accounts (such as Google, Discord, or GitHub) for convenience.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account at support@equihub.dev.
One account per user
Only one user per account is permitted. For special cases requiring shared or organizational access, contact support at support@equihub.dev before creating additional accounts.
Subscriptions and Payment
EquiHub offers monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscription plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel through your account or the Stripe customer portal.
By subscribing, you authorize EquiHub to charge your specified payment method for each billing period. You will receive renewal reminders and can manage subscription settings in your account.
All payments are processed through Stripe. EquiHub does not store full payment card details. Refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy.
User Content
Users may upload avatars and other permitted content to personalize their accounts. By uploading content, you affirm that it complies with these terms and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. EquiHub reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies and to take enforcement action under Section 8.
Data Collection and Privacy
EquiHub respects user privacy and collects data only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.
Data is used to provide, secure, and improve EquiHub services. We share data with service providers (such as Stripe and infrastructure partners) only as needed to operate the platform. For collection details, legal bases, retention, and your rights (including GDPR), see the Privacy Policy.
Limitations of Liability
EquiHub services are provided "as-is." While we strive to maintain optimal performance, we make no guarantees or warranties about functionality, availability, or suitability for any purpose.
EquiHub is not liable for any loss, damage, or impact resulting from misuse or technical issues with the services. Users assume full responsibility for their actions within the platform and for compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms of service.
Termination and Appeals
EquiHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service or content guidelines. This includes defamation or negative statements about the service while subscribed.
Users may appeal terminations by emailing support@equihub.dev. EquiHub reviews appeals on a case-by-case basis. Decisions will be communicated to the user and are final except where required by applicable law.
User Responsibilities
Do not engage in destructive, abusive, or unlawful actions when using EquiHub tools. You are responsible for how you configure and run automation on your accounts.
Violations may result in account termination, although warnings are typically issued first. You must comply with these terms, our related policies, and applicable third-party terms (including game and platform rules).

Policy Changes
Fluity may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
